Membership and Account Registration

To open an account and use services on aec76, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.

• Each individual may open a maximum of one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed once only.
• Bonuses may have a set claim deadline — once expired, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus balance and real money are managed separately.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.

VIP Program

The aec76 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.3% at Silver, up to 0.5% at Gold, up to 0.6% at Platinum, and up to 0.8% at Diamond. Tiers are advanced based on active participation and loyalty.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aec76 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all deposits may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Registering with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Using third-party payment accounts.
• Playing using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Betting and Gaming Rules

aec76 offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, and virtual games. Each game category has its own specific rules.

General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• aec76 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted unintentionally due to technical errors.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• No bet payment will be made before the result is announced.

Live Betting

In live betting, markets and odds change in real time. Bets may be rejected due to network delays — in such cases, aec76's decision will be considered final.

Game Results and Disputes

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of a dispute over a result, server logs will be considered the final evidence.

Account Suspension and Closure

aec76 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Long-term inactive account (no activity for 12 consecutive months).
• Court order or regulatory directive.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Funds After Account Closure

For accounts closed without cause, verified funds will be returned. However, if closure is due to fraud or breach of terms, funds may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

aec76 is an entertainment platform. aec76 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from gaming. Our liability is limited for the following:

• Technical errors, server outages, or issues with third-party services.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity problems.
• Account information leaks due to the user's own negligence.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
